Blimp Academy

Founded in 2019, Blimp Academy is a company that functions as both a learning community and a professional workspace where kids (also known as "Blimpies") learn about relevant and practical skills such as leadership, programming, marketing, writing, budgeting, in a structured fashion then apply those skills in paid company projects. 

Blimpies receive opportunities to learn and gain real-life work experience in a safe and fun space, acting as both employees and students. (Towards greater heights together!)

Roles

Website developer, finance manager, curriculum developer, human resource manager, content developer, marketing specialist. 

The applicant will apply to be an intern in general for Blimp Academy, and during the internship, Blimp Academy will decide what role to place them in.

Time commitment

An estimated 2-6 hours of work weekly, depending on expressed participant availability. Negotiable between Blimp Academy and the intern.
