RYF X KOMIB
KOMIB is an organisation that aims to empower students, organisations, schools, and companies to collectively make meaningful changes that help the community of Indonesia. KOMIB has previously collaborated with WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), Kemendikbud, Kemenparekraf, and more to hold impactful initiatives.
Through a collaboration between KOMIB and RYF, students will now be able to sign up to be volunteers at numerous KOMIB events and programs!
Environment
A volunteer to help repair the environment will go a long way even if it’s just as simple as picking up trash. Volunteering in this area will also give you priceless insight on the conditions of the earth.

Bring communities together to clean and reduce waste by spreading awareness, educating, building sustainable projects etc.

Animal Care
By volunteering to help animals, you can give them the freedom they longed for instead them being caged and tortured for their entire life.

Reducing animal suffering, giving better life conditions raising awareness about their suffering, and promote compassionate treatment
Helping Others
Volunteering to help others, allows you to understand the less fortunate’s situation. This means you have a better insight on the global situation.

Teaching disabled people basic day-to-day life skills (sewing, English, computer, art, etc)

Tutoring underprivileged children essential and basic educational subjects such as Math, English, Science, etc

Short-term and long-term building opportunities and build events to improve housing conditions for families in disadvantaged circumstances

Provide safe educational facilities: rebuilding schools that are affected by natural disasters

Establishing children’s libraries in remote areas of Eastern Indonesia
