I truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of this program. My experience at Bank Syariah Artha Madani has been incredibly valuable. I’ve gained practical insights into marketing communications, learned how it is to manage the bank’s data, and sharpened my professional skills. It’s been a rewarding experience, and I look forward to providing detailed feedback to help improve the program further.

I heard it from my school, they offered the chance to get an internship by your website. My teachers told me about your website.

Do you have any comments about our application process? Do you think it was too difficult?

The application process was smooth and straightforward. It wasn't too difficult, and the instructions were clear. The questions were fine and not too hard, but there were quite a few. Maybe cutting down the number a bit would help. Focusing on just the key questions could make the process feel easier and encourage more people to apply.

What were some of your favorite moments/lessons from your internship and how could the internship be improved?

Some of my favorite moments were working on challenging tasks, collaborating with the team, and seeing the impact of my contributions. I also learned a lot about time management, professional communication, and how things work in the industry. As for improvements, maybe add in what type of internship it is, if its payed or not, etc. Other than that nothing really.
